1、 Warranty period
Our company provides a limited warranty service for the switches sold for 3 years from the date of purchase,3 years , lifelong maintenance.. The purchase date is based on the date on the purchase voucher (such as invoice, receipt, etc.).

2、 Warranty coverage
Under normal usage conditions, our company will be responsible for free repair or replacement of switch hardware failures caused by product quality issues, including but not limited to port damage, power failure, chip failure, etc.
If the performance of the switch deteriorates during the warranty period and is confirmed by our company to be caused by manufacturing defects, it is also within the scope of warranty.
3、 Non warranty coverage
Switch damage caused by improper use, abuse, negligence, accidents (such as fire, flood, lightning strikes and other force majeure factors), unauthorized maintenance or modification.
Malfunctions caused by the use of non approved power sources, accessories, or connection to incompatible devices.
Normal wear and tear on the appearance of the product, such as scratches, fading, etc., except for situations that do not affect the functionality of the switch.
Malfunctions caused by network environment issues (such as abnormal voltage, electromagnetic interference, etc.), unless it can be proven that the switch itself lacks sufficient protection against such environmental anomalies and is a design or manufacturing defect.
4、 Warranty process
When users discover that the switch may have a malfunction, they should promptly contact our customer service center and provide information such as product model, serial number, purchase certificate, and fault description.
Our customer service personnel will make a preliminary judgment of the fault situation based on the information provided by the user, and guide the user to perform some simple troubleshooting operations (such as restarting, checking connections, etc.).
If the problem is still not resolved, the user should follow the instructions of the customer service personnel to send the switch back to the designated repair center. During the shipping process, users need to properly package the switch to avoid secondary damage during transportation. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any additional damage caused as a result.
After receiving the switch, the maintenance center will conduct testing and diagnosis on it. If the malfunction falls within the warranty scope, our company will complete the repair or replacement within a reasonable time and return the switch to the user; If the fault is not covered by the warranty, the repair center will notify the user and provide corresponding repair suggestions and cost estimates. The user can choose whether to perform paid repairs.
5、 replace product
During the warranty period, if the switch cannot be restored to normal function through repair after testing, our company has the right to choose to replace it with a new or refurbished product of the same or similar model and function. The replaced product will continue to enjoy the remaining warranty period of the original switch.
For the replaced product, our company will not be responsible for any other indirect losses that may occur to the user due to the product replacement (such as business losses caused by network interruptions).
6、 Other terms
This warranty clause applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Our company shall not be liable for any data loss, business interruption or any other indirect losses caused by switch failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty clause constitutes the entire agreement between the user and our company regarding switch warranty issues, and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
